Meet Denise Wozniak
In both my Human Resources career and advisory board experience, I've witnessed how divisions often stall progress and collaboration, perpetuating an "Us versus Them" mindset. Overcoming and understanding resistance from those unwilling and fearful of change has been and still is a significant challenge.
After being inspired by Harvard’s Dr. Jonathan Mann’s call toward unity and shared objectives, it became evident that to achieve goals, whether in healthcare, associations, unions, or any organization - even in personal relationships - we need to embrace a mentality which recognizes that change can lead to better outcomes.
I'm committed to empowering individuals and organizations worldwide with transformative tools and communication practices to bridge divisions, cultivate connections, and drive meaningful impact.
